Traffic Separator Barrier

Traffic Separator Barriers provide a practical and highly visible solution for managing traffic around roadworks, construction sites and other temporary works.

Manufactured from robust, UV-stabilised HDPE, each lightweight unit can be quickly positioned, interlocked and filled for additional stability. Optional mesh fence panels can also be fitted to increase the overall system height to 1110mm.

The Traffic Separator Barrier is a lightweight, interlocking barrier designed to help guide vehicles and pedestrians while creating clearly defined temporary work areas.

Each barrier weighs just 5.5kg when empty, making it easy to handle, position and deploy. Once in place, the unit can be filled to increase its weight to approximately 40kg, providing improved stability throughout use.

Manufactured from durable, UV-stabilised HDPE, the barrier is designed to withstand demanding outdoor conditions. Its interlocking system allows multiple units to be connected to create longer barrier runs around roadworks, construction sites, access routes and temporary works.

Integrated forklift slots make the barriers easier to stack, transport and manoeuvre. Up to 27 units can be stored on a pallet, helping to make efficient use of transport and storage space.

For applications requiring additional height, optional mesh panels can be attached with or without couplers. This increases the total system height from 545mm to 1110mm, creating a more prominent physical and visual boundary.
