Everything You Need To Know About The HOG 600 Barrier

The HOG 600 barrier is a great edition to the water filled barrier range by Ibex Supplies. Robust and long-lasting it has the capacity to hold 55 litres of water, shown by its handy fill-line indicator. 

The easy to use interlocking hook-and-eye design, makes deployment fast for a single operative; the HOG 600 weighs just 5.5kg when empty yet increases to a hefty 60kg when filled with water. This ensures simple yet swift installation. The HOG 600 facilitates the freedom to create 45-degree angles between each section, coupled with the Double Top Panels the height can be increased to 1560mm creating a clearly visible fence line. The Double Top Panels slot securely into the HOG 600 and interlock with their own hook and eye connectors. 

HOG 600 barriers are the perfect barrier for wind resistance, these temporary traffic barriers have been tested under strict conditions at Mira, enduring speeds of up to 60mph in their innovative wind tunnel. 

Made from HDPE (High-density polyethylene) the HOG 600 is not only strong and durable, but completely 100% recyclable. 

The HOG 600 Barriers are stocked in both red and white, the interlocking hook and eye design means you can clip together opposing colours to make continuous lines, curved edges and bends that are highly visible to see for road users, workers and pedestrians. You can also achieve interchangeable coloured sides, having a white side and a red side of the same barrier together; this is achieved by just unscrewing the two side bolts and re-attaching to the opposing colour.

Once temporary works have been completed, the HOG 600 are designed to stack on top of each other for easy storage or transportation, meaning you can move from site to site with ease.
